Please read these terms carefully before using our platform. This is the legal basis of the agreement between you and tq55.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the tq55 platform and its user ("you" or "member"). By registering on tq55, using your account, or playing any game, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using the platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

Definitions & Interpretation
"Platform"
The online gaming website, mobile site, and all related services operated under the name tq55.
"Member" or "User"
A person who completes registration on tq55, manages an account, and uses the platform's services.
"Real Money"
Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) — the actual currency that can be deposited or withdrawn on our platform.
"Bonus Funds"
Amounts granted as part of a promotion, which cannot be withdrawn before specific wagering conditions are met.
"Wagering Requirement"
The condition specifying how much must be wagered before winnings from a bonus become eligible for withdrawal.
"KYC"
Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required for secure and transparent transactions.
Account Registration & Eligibility
To open an account on tq55, you must meet all of the following conditions:
- You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. This age requirement is strictly enforced and your account will be suspended if you cannot verify it.
- A maximum of one account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method are prohibited.
- All information provided at registration must be true, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information will result in account cancellation.
- By opening an account, you confirm that you are legally able to participate in online gaming.
- tq55 reserves the right to accept or reject any registration request.
Important: Opening an account for minors is strictly prohibited. A copy of a national ID card or passport may be requested for age verification. For ages 21+ only — if this rule is violated, all funds held in the account will be forfeited.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
Deposit Terms
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 — applicable for all methods.
- Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).
- Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.
- Deposits are generally credited instantly; contact support if there is any delay.
Withdrawal Terms
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Standard processing time: between 10 and 45 minutes.
- KYC verification must be completed before withdrawing. Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal.
- The specified wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from bonus funds.
- tq55 reserves the right to review or hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
Welcome Bonus
100% bonus on your first deposit at tq55 — up to ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or if you deposit ৳12,000 you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.
Wagering Requirement
A 10x wagering requirement applies on the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus.
Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.
General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus offer has its own expiry period; unused bonuses will be cancelled after they expire.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated otherwise.
- If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
- tq55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
- Bonuses are for personal entertainment only — bonuses are for your own use only.
Gaming Rules & Fair Play
tq55 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment on its platform. The following rules apply to all members:
Random Number Generator: All our games use certified RNG technology, which keeps every outcome completely random and unbiased.
Game Integrity: If software manipulation, bot use, or any form of cheating is proven, the account will be cancelled immediately.
Technical Issues: If a technical fault or disconnection occurs during a game, our system saves the state of the round and attempts to resolve the issue.
Game Errors: If an abnormal amount is won due to a system error, that amount may be voided and the relevant bet will be refunded.
Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account cancellation:
- Operating multiple accounts by the same person ("multi-accounting").
- Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses, or operating accounts in the names of family members or friends.
- Playing games using automated bots, scripts, or any software.
- Collusion — attempting to dishonestly influence game outcomes in coordination with other players.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose.
- Making deposits or withdrawals using third-party payment methods.
- Operating an account with a fake identity document or false information.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or hacking.
Intellectual Property
All content on the tq55 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, databases, and other elements — is the exclusive property of tq55 and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Under these Terms, you are granted limited permission to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproducing, distributing, or using any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, tq55 is not liable for:
- Loss caused by temporary platform downtime or disruption due to force majeure or circumstances beyond our control.
- Game outcomes affected by your internet connection issues or device faults.
- Software errors or changes by third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe).
- Misuse of your account credentials by another person, if made possible through your own negligence.
Losing money in gaming is a possible outcome. tq55 is not responsible for financial losses resulting from gaming.
Account Closure & Suspension
Closure at Member's Request
Any member may close their account at any time. Any pending bets or transactions must be settled before closure. Any remaining real money in the account (excluding bonuses where wagering is not complete) will be returned.
Suspension or Cancellation by tq55
tq55 may suspend or cancel an account without notice in cases of Terms violations, suspected fraud, KYC verification failure, or under applicable law. In cases of violation, the account balance may be forfeited.
Responsible Gaming
tq55 believes in responsible gaming. We provide members with the following tools:
- Self-Exclusion: You can voluntarily suspend your account for a set period of time.
- Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.

The law applicable to the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms will be determined under the authority governing tq55's operations. tq55 operates as a safe and reliable platform and complies with the applicable legal framework. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
